I haven't posted in a while. . .honestly, I have stayed away b/c this place is kind of intense. I kind of "fell off" my meds for a while. . .I take 30 mgs Lexapro for anxiety/depression. So, I started taking it again, but i can't seem to remember to take it. I can't remember anything anymore. I know that's a sign of depression. . .derf. I don't know what is wrong with me. I feel like friends are kind of turning their backs on me too. What's wrong with me?

Hi Gracey,

How long have you been back on your meds. Make a big sign, and put it on the back of the door that you will see when you leave. It could have a big smiling face on it to remind you. Go back to whoever prescribed it, and ask him about maybe increasing the dosage, but probably he/she will want you to stabilize at the 30 mg dosage before he/she does anything.

Feel free to PM me if you want to discuss anything else.

Life can be really tough sometimes.

Hugs.

EJ

It's been a few weeks. . .but I haven't been taking it every day b/c I forget. I ususally have such a good response to Lexapro. . .and after about three days of taking it like I'm supposed to, I can tell a difference.

Maybe the sign will work, except I don't leave the house often, so. . .
