Got out of my appartment today. Went for a cup of coffee and it made me feel better. Simple thing to do but sometimes I guess you have to start somewhere. I go to a couple of depression support groups and one member pushed me to get out and do something/anything. So I give myself a star for listening to her. I'm not giving up on life yet. Yeah for me.

Good for you !! What is simple for some people, isn't so easy for others. So darn it, that's AWESOME! APPLAUSE!

On weekends, sometimes that's all I can manage -- to go out and have coffee by myself. I can't manage it today, though.
