It is all I ever want to do. I just wish I could stay in bed day in day out and just sleep. And hide. Yet when I get into my bed, sleep won't come. And when it eventually does I have the most bizzare dreams and wake up exhausted. Despite all of that, I still want to stay in bed the whole time. I feel so tired despite taking vitamin supplements and exercising daily. I guess my bed is a safe haven with or without sleep.

Sabrina,

Your bed is serving as a safe haven.

I don't like the hot summer days. I got up about an hour ago, and I'm ready to go back to bed myself.

Hugs,

EJ

Yeah... the bed is friendly, but not... LOL
There are days when the bed is the only safe place... everything else around only seem to cause trouble.

Hope this will put at least a tiny smile on your face... The day before yesterday, my hubby was on the bed... I was going to lay down too... standing on all four just about to turn around and lay down.....BOOOOOOOOOM... down on the floor we went! Sleep sleep sleep Bed couldn't be mended, so now our mattresses are on the floor, and will stay there for 3 weeeeeks! The delivery is slow during the summer. Feels like we're camping inside our own appartment. lol Sleep sleep sleep

Anyway... you'll soon feel better! Don't beat yourself up about this! You're only human and humans has there ups and downs... But boy... are you one amazing human being!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sleep sleep sleep

Sabrina,

*hugs* I know the feeling, completely and totally. Staying in bed for me lets me get a different focus on things ... whether I want it to or not.

Sleeping is safe and comfy. I'd like to sleep all day, too.
