Depression & anxiety. They won't leave me alone. I don't want them. I do everything I can to keep them away, but they keep coming back. I can't get rid of them. They are controlling my life. Will I ever be "normal" again? This time I just can't get better.

hi there. are you getting any professional help? meds or therapy? do have family friends who can help?
