I hate days where you just feel off and can't put your finger on why. I know my T will ask me why I am feeling this way and it frustrates me to not have an answer. Also I can never give her an answer for what triggers my suicidal thoughts. Is that normal to not know what your triggers are?

I know that it's very hard to put your finger on your thoughts but my therapist said that when you are more mindfull it will become easier. I find it very difficult but lately I have been writing down something that has annoyed or upset me. It may only be a word that you write down but it helps so much and by helping yourself in this way it makes it easier for the therapist and maybe have a more meaningfull session. I am no expert but I think I have to help myself.
Best wishes

When I get depressed my mind get sort of confused and foggy and I also have tines with confusing triggers. Sometimes I think I have no triggers...it just happens. Maybe that is not a popular notion.

It happens, a lot of the time there is nothing that triggers me and I'm not particularly upset about something. I just wake up and know I'm depressed. It's very frustrating when talking to a therapist about it.
