I don't know what it is about night time that makes me feels so depressed.... In the morning I feel okay and generally positive but as the day passes, I start feeling sad. At night, I think really dpressing thoughts like I haven't acomplished anything and I never will. My worst cases of depression always happens at night. I find myself staring into space alot and everything seems fake and unreal. I'm getting a new pet soon and I should be happy but for some reason I'm depressed for no paticular reason. I really not sure why, maybe it's because the thought of ending the day just to wake up into another stressful day makes my life seem so meaningless? I think maybe I should change my lifestyle....

I am just the opposite. I feel most depressed in the morning and start feeling better at night for some reason.

I am the same. I think I am less at night because I can sleep.
