Fixing to go to my first theripist appointment, nervous, anxious, apprehensive. We'll see how this goes.

Good for you! It takes guts to confront your problems and put your trust in a therapist. It won't take long for you to figure out if you are with the right therapist. You are on the right track. Good luck and God's speed.

Talking with someone is always great, and I believe that seeing the therapist will really help! It may seem a little scary at first, but it will feel good to be able to get everything off of your chest. Good luck!
