Hello all,
Have you just felt tired of it all.Tired of being tired. I think Im consumed by this depression and theres nothing else there. Then theres being sick on meds and just wondering .... am I any better on ad's. I think Ill stop all these meds and see how I get on. What do you think guys

I can't really comment too much, but I did the same a long time ago and my body did not have any problems with it. But each person reacts differently. You should ask the doctor that prescribed the meds that this is what you are considering doing.

Yes. Call and tell your prescribing doctor what you've told us. Don't wait for the next scheduled appointment.

Hey! I did the same thing two years ago, and it really seems like the meds were making no difference for me. I think regular cardio exercise is way more important. And although it seems counterintuitive, the exercise will make you less tired in the long run! Just start with something easy, something you can handle well, but do it regularly, make sure it's in your routine. Especially if you go off meds, "exercise" will be your meds, so you must practice it regularly. 35 minutes of running on a treadmill three times a week works well for me, I only don't go more because I injured my foot last year.
