Is it possible to just wake up and be all better?
Yes there are still problem, there are still issues. It's not perfect. But is it possible? I still feel empty inside. Bu I feel like, idk. I feel different. Like everything is going to be ok. I feel like I fixed myself. I feel like God just decided to end it. I'm confused. I don't know what's going on... |

Sometimes, something different may happen that you do not realize, and you really do miraculously feel better. I would take advantage of the happiness, and try to relax and enjoy yourself with a smile on your face. I am happy for you, and I hope that you continue to get better!

I think we all have good days and bad days. I don't think people are miraculous cured. I think healing takes effort to face your problems, resolve them and move on. Some people have smaller problems than others, some people may heal faster and deal with more stuff. I think one way or another we have to accept who we are and all the events in our life that made us who we are. I think when we are at peace with that, then we have healed. I think short of that we are lying to ourselves and building a house of cards on our emotions.

I have no idea. I don't think that any questions have been answered. I'm letting the feelings grow and spread to make them last. |

No, I doubt it, but that's great that you feel better.

I generally feel better when I break down and cry, it's like my anxiety is released and the chemicals released by crying sort of calm me down, not always instantly, but usually within a day or two. And then it seems I get back on the hamster wheel, leading to another breakdown and more crying. On the bright side, the breakdowns seem to be more spread out with these new meds.
