I think that it is important for us to have some sort of motivation especially when i am depressed. I think i have lost all motivations to study hard, stop cutting and get well. How do I find new motivations in life to keep me going?

Hi kittycat97,
To me it sounds like you need some "you" time...try to remember something, anything that gave you a little pleasure before (that is safe) and treat yourself to something that will give you a lift for a little while, take your mind off the pressure to study. Do a painting, sing a song in the hot shower, or go to a movie if possible that is a comedy. . Take it moment by moment...know these hopeless feelings will pass. Being motivated is a big struggle for people with depression.

Kelly offers excellent advice. Invest in yourself in ways not necessarily related to your goals. Depression often means not being able to access your full capabilities. You may have to spend more time "loving yourself" in order to eventually get to where you want to go.

I wish you success!
