I just can't seem to get anything done today. It's lunch time and I haven't even made my bed. I don't know why it's so hard.

When I feel like that it's because I'm down, plain & simple. I stopped making my bed long ago because so often I crawl back in it, why bother making it, I just close the door. Are you taking any meds? Talking with a therapist, counselor, anyone?

I didn't get out of bed until about 3pm today. The only reason I did get out was because I was having thoughts that were making me feel worse and I needed to distract myself. Feel like crap.

RFD I could have written that myself. So often that's the only thing that gets me out of bed, %$#@! miserable thoughts that bring on anxiety. Been all over the map today. Strangely, something feels better at the moment but I don't trust "better" cuz it can so quickly fade. Keep doing whatever helps, eh?

The only reason I get up is to take of my cats...they shouldn't suffer because I am miserable. Or else I would literally not move with the covers pulled up over my head and sleep as much as possible. So I know how you feel, every little thing is SO hard...hugs to you.
