I went back to work this week after being on medical leave for depression the last month. (I was hospitalized for a few days, and then did a 3 week partial hospital program). After the time off work and the more intensive treatment, I was feeling quite a bit better. But, after being back at work for a few days, it all seems to be crashing down again. I'm exhausted and am sleeping way too much. My mood keeps getting lower, I'm feeling overwhelmed, anxious, apathetic, and isolative. I am just so incredibly frustrated right now. I'd appreciate your good thoughts...

thanks!

Perhaps you went back to work too soon, or ELSE your job is just too stressful. It's either one or the other.

have you thought about changing jobs? Of course the job market stinks right now, and finding another job could be really difficult right now. But your mental health is more important than what kind of job you have.

Whatever you decide, I wish you the very best. Take care of YOURSELF, okay? God bless you! Hugs, Lee

I remember crashing 3 days after I got out of the hospital. Maybe you're not used to work for now.. try to give it time, if it's getting bad then maybe talk about with with your doctor?
