I wonder if ill ever be truly happy... I feel like in life I just go with the motion.. I enjoy very little and its been a long time since I have.. I mean I have moments of enjoyment when it comes to my daughters but most of the day im just so stressed out exhausted and unhappy... when is it going to be good for me... I just want one whole day where im completely happy and smiling and not stressed or worried about a thing..

Well, some days I feel what you posted. I have small pieces of time where there is laughter.
I don' t think you are alone in how you feel. I have read more than a few posts that share similar sentiments.

I've felt like that very often lately and have been sleeping too much. I just decided that I have to force myself to make my own happiness in life, because my own life doesn't seem to make me happy for some reason. I seem to look at everything in a negative light way too often and I'm only starting to realise that it's my perspective that probably needs to change rather than my life per se.
Thanks for this!

May it be.

This may be too simplistic (and I'm not a mom) but I think you need a day to yourself. Arrange for a relative or friend to take the kids for the entire day or even overnight. Grab a friend and do something you love. Doesn't have to be expensive, could be renting a movie, sitting back and reminiscing over the old days. Go to the beach if you like and feel the calming effect of the water rushing ashore. Grab a hot dog or pretezel. Something you loved to do and haven't done in ages. Sometimes local stage shows are just as enjoyable as broadway. You get the picture. It will give you a lift that the things you loved to do are still in your grasp (just not as easily organized anymore). You need to know you can still feel that happiness again and YOU CAN!! Plan for it and it will happen.
