My uncle finely told me the truth,
I do depress him and make him sad and he hates seeing me in a wheelchair and have to take oxegen somtimes (cause of the heat) he say the nursing homes depresses Him, I know how he feels I told him why did he have to straight up lie to me about taking me out alomst every day and taking me to the game,he is also freaked out cause My disease is Genetic, and herditary .I'm the 24th in this family with this particlur spinal disease, I told him he hurt my feelings also and he said he couldn't deal with me being how I am I'm still a person I don't think its fair but I thought I could count on him but know I think twice and My self estem took a shot

((((hugs)))) Hmm. While this has to hurt, it shows that it really isn't about YOU, but him... it's his issue and maladaptive coping to the family problems? You aren't the first to have this? Then he should know how to behave imo!
Perhaps he acted this way with anyone with a problem? IDK of course. But, this isn't about you... it isn't about you being any less of a person than anyone else (you aren't) imo. I'm sorry that the truth hurts. You might have been the first person to counter him on his opinion..and he may come about yet? TC! Growing is difficult, eh?

Im sorry 2 here how ur uncle feels if he cant c u as a normal person then this his problem not urs I think u should look at a person 4 who they r not what they look like or can / can't do if they can't c that then there not worth knowin Im here if u ever wanna talk T.C

Oh no, I am so sorry Crista!
(For what happened -and my fault for not responding sooner) You are stil a person and just because its genetic and hereditary shouldn't mean that your uncle is freaked out to see you. Thats just not fair to YOU. You didn't ask for this to happen, it just did. Take care of yourself - and if you ever need to talk you know where to find me (PM).
