I just realized that the more active I am on the forum, the better my depression seems. I thought I was in dire need of a med tweak, but evidently a sense of community is huge.

I've been reading mostly, I'm not sure that what I may have to say is worthy of hearing-or reading for that matter.
I have a nasty habit of cursing when I get frustrated, and I've been in that state for a couple of weeks.

Then you for being here. I'm looking forward to many meaningful conversations with you.

Sometimes all we need is for someone to listen to us. Beats the heck out of more medication!

Thank you all very much for the encouragement.

I have a question.

Is it normal to have memory trouble if your meds are working?
I'm a ball of frustration right now, bc I'm forgetting things, and I don't know what I'm forgetting. Did that make sense? Things I used to just "know", I now can't remember to save my life.
I come across something that is critical that it get accomplished, and I completely forgot about it. I'm forgetting to add things to my calendar.

Ugh x3.
Man oh man. I even called my behavioral health clinic and asked about my meds needing to be tweaked, and they wanted need to be admitted for 3 to 5 days for a med change/observation. Is that typical???!!!

I'm so frustrated that my hands are trembling.

This sucks!

How am I supposed to get things done when I don't even know what I'm forgetting?

I need help...

Does any of this make sense to any of you?!
