Yesterday was terrible. Horribly nauseated all day. Went back to bed around 3 pm. Just completely useless. Waiting for my psychologist to call me to re-schedule our appointment. Felt like there must be something wrong with me because she wasn't calling. But she did call and we had a good talk and I'm booked in for next week. Don't we all just wish we could be "normal"? That we didn't get unreasonalby upset, that our minds didn't play tricks on us. I wish I could just accept myself and go easier on me instead of pushing and pushing, trying to do and be more than I'm able to.

So grateful for everyone here. to all and try to have a gentle day.

Hi Jean17,

I read both of your posts & just wanted to say thank you for how you feel and "I hear you". It seems very positive that you could talk with your therapist and get an appt. I really hope that helps give some relief. Keep holding on for that. I feel like this every day and spend a lot of time in bed crying. Medication hasn't given me relief yet.

Sending hugs

Grace
