Anxiety is still bothering me. Clonazepam helps, but my psych doc, like most, doesn't want me taking it. Should my other drugs, Mirtazepine, Effexor*, Quetipine, fix my anxiety? I just want it to go away. It really drives me to feeling desperate. Like I want to just run as fast and as far as I can to get away from it. I've bought some Valerian. It helps. Will have to talk about this with my mental health people.

Jean17, you might want to be careful about taking Valerian along with clonazepam, which is a benzodiazepine. Valerian could intensify the effects of the clonazepam beyond what may be expected or safe. Check first with your prescribing doctor.
