Hi LIttlefish, Did you try getting help for it. Some things are (very) hard to figure out on one's own. A professional might help, provided it is at all possible to see one...

Sometimes i feel the sameway.. so much seems to be swirling around in my mind all the time and its hard to sort at all out and try to think.

I have been trying relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises so i can try and calm my thoughts down somewhat. it helps... a litte.. but I am learning all about " baby steps", so I am hopeful that it wil get easier. I hope the same for you.

Littlefish, I have problems maintaining focus at work and posted here about it. One of my responses was very helpful maybe it can help you too.

If they get the balance right it's worth it imho. You won't lose yourself: you'll gain clarity.
