Well I have depression to begin with now Ive had a bad week on top of it. I have $680 cutoff notice from the electric company.I paid over 600 to have a transmission fixed in my car and got 5 miles down the road and it went back out. Then I called the guy and he thought it was funny and he can fix it again for another 500.So a friend felt sorry for me and sold me a car for 1500 to pay whenever i could but now I need 500 to get it registered and insured. My washer and dryer both gave out this week. But on good note I have 20 dollars but its gonna be hard to stretch it out for 2 or 3 weeks. But my family is healthy and things could be worse. But its still stressful!

Ouch! Those are hard times for sure. The last thing you probably need is someone to say look on the bright side but you noted there is one so cool on you.

Ive been in tough spots like that before. I rode my bike to work in the freezing drizzle and it wasnt any fun but I got to work and had icicle tears from the wind. Miracle I didnt catch pneumonia. It was only about a mile but it felt like 10 to me.

That's a good note?! Depression and financial stress are no strangers.

Can the work required to get through the coming weeks be distributed among family (and friends)?

I hear you. My car is out of commission too. I'm so tired of poverty. They twine together and make a strong rope to keep me down. Since coming back to PC and trying to put it all into words I do feel a bit less depressed. Reaching out, putting one foot in front of the other thats what we need to do. Perhaps we can encourage each other.
