My psych doc put me back on Clonazepam 0.5 mg bid and 0.5 mg one other time a day if needed. I tried that for a couple of days and was still completely debilitated with nausea (anxiety) by 9 am. Today I decided not to eat breakfast until I'd been up for about an hour and then just to eat a little bit. So far, so good. I've had 3 tiny snacks and no nausea. Anxiety is running high though and the Clonazepam doesn't completely help. My doc also doubled my Effexor to 150 mg od. I just don't know what to do. All those relaxation techniques just don't work. I hate to rely on meds, it seems like the lazy way out, but I feel that I have no option.

Go online and look up the side effects of all the meds you take. See if any of them
indicate nausea as a side effect. If so, then contact your psychiatrist, in my view.

I have found a useful site to share with you, a Pharmacist told me about it and I have found it to be very reliable and helpful, drug interactions, side effects etc.. warm thoughts
