I will see a Pdoc for the first time in my life. I am nervous about the appointment tomorrow.
I get to see T tomorrow. WEE!

YES.... you are the lucky one tomorrow - ((( hugs ))).
Having spent many of years in counseling, my best advice to you is to be up front with what you are dealing with and why you finally decided to seek help.... then take it from there, and above all things - BREATHE!!!

Joke: What kind of person goes to see a Pdoc and forgets their formulary?
Answer: Me. I'll try again and try to get it right this next time. Trazodone is terrible as an attempt at a sleep aid if you ask me. (see posting in drug forum) She wanted me on Paxil CR. Do you think I might actually remember my formulary this next time?
I guess I'm not a rocket scientist yet.
