I started living with my parents now. I just feel worse than ever. I sleep a lot and feel unmotivated. I do lots of different things but they don't seem to help. I'll have to find a new therapist now too.

I understand those types of days. I need a routine to crawl out of that situation.

My bird likes routine. She/he enjoys routine and is unhappy when there is no routine.

I hope you find a way to manage a way that would help you. Like pet therapy, whether a local animal shelter needs volunteers.

Sorry about the change to another therapist, as well.

Thanks, it's just hard. I feel a little bit like I'm insane.

Being depressed messes up our thought processes but just accept it as a symptom and not as "yourself".
Just try to do one thing. Don't rush yourself. Be gentle with yourself. It's a struggle to do anything in that circumstance so anything you accomplish is a big victory.
I agree that pet therapy should be helpful. Love helps motivate oneself outward to another creature. Plus they're just so cute.
I hope you find a new therapist soon.
Good luck

I think I might actually try an animal shelter. Is it free?

It's kind of hard here. There's not a whole lot to do but watch TV.
