I'm not sure that I can say I have anger issues, but when I am in a really depressed state, anything that goes wrong or not the way I want it to go, I tend to throw a fit and get so mad that I feel like crying.
For example back in college, I worked as a "work study" at my college equestrian center. I really love horses, they are my life so I was happy to call working with horses a job. But one day, I just woke up really depressed and stressed out that I screamed and cried at my mother (who pushes me to work and I live with her so I can't really say no) saying I didn't feel like working that night! I instead took a shower, cried my eyes out, self-injured and then went to bed and slept for a total of 16 hours ![]() Anyone else tend to blow up like this when depressed? |

I've had quite a few similar episodes.
