It time for me to go to bed. But, sometimes I wonder why I waste the time. I just end up waking up a lot. Let's hope I sleep good tonight for a change.

Yeah i hear that hopefull anytime i lay down at night its like everything just seems to get worse

do you have any sleep med?
is it depression that causes you awaikening?
i suffer from too early awaikening, and canīt fall asleep after that, even though im tired as hell. I suffer from ocd, and maybe depression.
