Stikes again.....so much in my head...things to do, went to bed, had a shower first, milk, tried to relax....tossing and turning...no chance of sleep....5.27am here....sigh

gonna get some sleeping pills today, I give up....went a week without em and hardly slept....

sigh....wide awake

oh dear, i know how that goes. i understand how you feel, i know how obnoxious insomnia is. ugh, not fun. hugs and good luck

I know the evil that is insomnia Insomnia.... .... sleeping pills can help, so I hope that you do go get some. It was the only thing that worked for me Insomnia....

Yeah, I know that one. I'm never sure if my problem is insomnia or delayed sleep phase syndrome (psycho babble for night owl). I kind of suspect the later since, once asleep, I'm capable of sleeping FOREVER. Seriously, a marching band could go through my bedroom and I'd stay asleep. Regardless, the result is the same as I still have to get up in the morning.

Good luck with the sleeping pills.

Sorry it was a long night for you. Those are the worst. I lean on sleeping pills too every now and again. If thats what it takes....thats why we have pills!!!!

thankyou all, I am walking around like the living dead trying to prepare for my sons 16th birthday tomorrow, cleaning, wrapping presents...and there are 5 of us now til new year living together in a small space lol....happy days....so far everything is ok....love to all, Jin xx
