Hello. I have had depression for years, though I have only had one "real" relapse over the past 10 years. I have been on Lexapro 20mg and Wellbutrin 450mg for the past 10 years, approximately. I am in therapy and my anxiety and depression levels have been very tolerable over the past 10 years.
Recently, about a month ago, I started experiencing troubling symptoms. Around 1pm, or after lunch usually, I would experience a fatigue and heaviness. This became rather dramatic, with excessive "low" feelings like I have never had, even BEFORE I went on antidepressants in my mid 20s. I am wondering if it has something to do with diet. I started adding a B complex, and the effects were dramatic: my mood lifted quickly. However, the volatility of energy levels and mood during mid day persists. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease 2 years ago, but it was quickly treated with antibiotics. I have had barely any symptoms of that (only a tiny tingling in my arm). I am also feeling lightheaded when I stand up more. It seems when I sit down or lie down the symptoms ease a bit. But they peak around 3pm and then settle down around 6. |

Hello & Welcome, Kaighnsmith! It sounds you know your body and moods well. Does your situation permit getting a general medical checkup?

I agree with Rohag. A proper check-up might reveal what is happening to you.
Good luck and welcome |
