I'm hiding in the bathroom at work after an emotional week. I feel trapped. I work for a large corporation and I have a good reputation in the company. " I see you going far" problem is I only have that rep because I always act happy and I'm afraid to let anyone down or disappoint. I hate this corporate culture of aggressive in your challenge mentality here at my company. I'm way sensitive. It sucks. I've been working withy T.

Outside pressure is very hard. The mask gets weary. At least it's Friday!

I can relate to you about the pressures of work. we have a lot of pressure and if we make a little mistake they make it out to be a huge deal. I also dont like to let people down and i have a problem not being able to say no to anyone. So eventually i have a mountain of work and Im drowning in it. I ofte take things personally and get discouraged and angre easily. I just want to say that you shoudlnt worry about dissappointing anyone, dont worry about how they see you, just do it for yourself. Im sure thats easier said then done though. But I do understand your frustrations, and Im here if you need to talk.
Thanks for this!

I know how you feel, Hidesad. Is there any way you can shift from the corporate "pressure cooker" to another field of work, such as education (in teaching) or some other field
that does offer personal rewards? I'd consider a change if I were you.
