I just read through a few of the titles on the first page and I can so relate to most of them. The futility, overwhelmed, can't take it anymore, sad, no way out, won't go away . . . I feel all those things too. We do suffer and so much of it no one can see and most certainly no one who hasn't been there can even vaguely understand. I'm so glad that this site was suggested to me by my psychologist. At least I feel like I'm not all alone in this struggle. to all.

That's nice to know, Jean, that a psychologist has recommended you to this forum. I
think it has a lot of good people in it, too, and we all have a pretty good grasp of what
they mean when they're saying "I can't do this", "I'm depressed and it's getting worse",
etc.

Help of one kind or another is always offered here by members, in my view.
