I have never posted anything before. I didnt know if anyone can help me. I feel so tired and sick. I feel like I have a huge storm cloud over me, it just won't go away. It started with a minor car accident. It wasnt my fault, but I felt guilty that it happened. I started to feel like a failure in life, Iam always messing things up. I get up in the morning and my stomach is sick, iam aways so tired. I dont know why Iam so sad. My parents are wonderful, I have been blessed with a good life. But I feel so bad, how can Iget out of this phase. Can anyone help me?

I know how you feel - I too feel like a failure - not accurate but still a feeling. I can't say things will get better because they haven't for me yet, but there have to be rays of light somewhere - we just have to learn where to look

It can be overwhelming when you have been focused on all the negative; take a few moments to write down everything positive.

Just know that you are not a failure and that there are people who do love you. Hang in there. Things will eventually get better for you. *hugs*

Welcome Daisy2...hopefully you will find some reassurance here...this is a great site with lots of caring people...May I ask if you have talked to anyone like a therapist about the car accident? You could start there and get it off your chest...It may help!!! Meanwhile welcome to us!!! Tired of being tired
