i had a horrible morning today ... my mind was going crazy with thoughts and it was yelling at me all at the same time... felt like my head was gonna explode....

I have had bad morinings too. I try to think positive thoughts, Try to rid myself of those horrible voices. Hope you have a fanatastic afternoon!
