Last night I was unresponsive for over an hour. My fiancé said he was trying to talk to me and I wasn't responding in any way. I don't remember it well. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Do I need to go to the hospital?

I think its a good idea, at least contact a doctor.

"Neurology" comes to mind. Call now and describe your experience to a doctor; schedule an appointment as they recommend.
Dissociation has come up in my own discussions with doctors, but there's nothing definitive in my case.

What happened after the hour? Could it have been a side effect of your meds?

I was exhausted after the hour but went back to normal functioning for the most part. I don't think it is my medication.

It's time to see a doctor. This could be neurological. It probably isn't, but this is a "better safe than sorry" kind of thing. Please get seen soon.
