I has come down that I need a out paiteint evalutation on my mental state at this time. Its not what I would like to end up doing right now,but I think its only the best thing for me do do at this point in my life.

Everything is getting wat out of controll and I can see myself sinking with out having any means of saving myself from my emotional drowning.I have to make arrangments tomorrow and see where I am at.

I will keep up as best as I can,but for now I will be off line and working on getting my head put on strait or try to figure out what the **** is up with my current state of matter.

I wanted to thank everyone that has been here to keep me in a good state of mind and I appreciate all the comments that made all of the difference in how I see things in my state of mental confusion.

Take care.
