Write when you can. We know it is sometimes hard to get the thoughts out. Know we are here to listen when you are ready.

Yea I can definitely relate, just let it out one at a time, you don't have to say everything at once

I feel depressed, lonely almost all the time. I've loving parents, understanding siblings and few friends. Yet, I'm not really able to open myself. I talk in tit bits but can never completely say what bothers me. I tried talking but since no one understands, I recoil. I wish one day I'll get at least one person in my life to whom I could speak my heart out.

Till then, why not write a thought on here from time to time, or start a journal where you just write what comes to mind. Committing thoughts to paper can help you organize and understand your thinking and issues which are troubling you. It's a good place to start.

Writing in a journal is really helping me because I tend to not be able to verbalized my emotions too. It's a place I have decided to have no boundaries, then if I need to I can use my journal for reference when talking to people. It takes some time to get in full swing of writing but it does help a lot. Good luck!

I do write but those are so negative that I cry when I reread. I'm not able to trust myself, my judgement.
I'm not really scared of being alone but I'm scared of being alone in crowd. |

crowds can sometimes be where I feel loneliest so I can understand that ... I can also relate to having so much going on but it being hard to write about. If you cry when you reread what you've written, are you able to try writing without rereading for a little while to see if that helps free things up for you at all in being able to share?

Currently, I feel no one cares for me. They want me to be always there for them but when I need them, they demand that I should be understanding their situation, they are busy. In short... I'm never their priority. In everyones priority list I come so below. |
