It seems there is no escape from the depression. Anyways though I think I'll give it a month of new meds, therapy and potentially group therapy and if I still feel like crap I'm going back to the psych ward. Same goes for the stress just seems like I always have stressful stuff to deal with. It just feels hopeless as usual.....yeah not sure what else to say it just sucks and not sure I can handle it.

Hi Hellion, just wanting to say good evening and I'm there for you. Post, pm, whatever. I always feel this way - no escape, no hope. So no good advice. I just care

I'm so sorry you are feeling so badly. Depression can certainly make us feel hopeless. It's really hard to cope with this feeling. Maybe you can distract your mind for a little while and get some rest. Maybe go outside for a walk, being outside may cheer you up a little.
It's wonderful that you are getting treatment. I'm sure it will help you. It helped me a lot.
I hope you feel better soon

Stress creates so much acidity for your system. You might try "the lemon thing" for
relief from time to time as you feel the tension growing. It can and does help some of
us. Give it at least two days' use before you decide it isn't useful. You'll know by then
whether it's going to relax you and let you rest without intrusions into your mind to
disturb you.

It's in the acid buildup that helps these depressive things tend to be bothersome for many
of us. Whatever we can do to reduce that is helpful. Even the medications create
an acidic ash (or residue) that's got to be eliminated from your system. Lemon juice
will help do that.

Thanks for the responses, I just hate feeling so depressed and knowing it gets to the point I can't deal with it on my own. Even on the days my mood isn't so bad things still seem kind of pointless.

Hmm I have never heard of that...I drink citrus juice anyways and sometimes I put lemon juice in tea.
