It seems to be getting worse and worse.
I'm decent when my BF is here, when he's home from work etc.
My mood lifts, it didn't stay liften very long.
Nothing but grey skies and rain... suppose to be the same tomorrow as well... I can't seem to catch a break.

The day's are getting shorter, the sun is out less... It's getting chiller as well....

I should drag out my lightbox, haven't done it...

I'm in the pits.
I'm stuck.

I don't recieve support where I need it, to help get my life back together.
I can't do it on my own, my BF isn't good at helping to boost my self-esteem or confidence. Plus he hates his job and is miserable too.

I feel lost.

I'm trying to work on what I know will probably be creeping up on me next month as well. It usually begins to hit me in October. However, these last few years have been better.

I think you should pull out your light, and has anything else proven to help in the past? Maybe start those things as well?

I don't know, my neices help my mood, it's always raised when I see them...

It's a stressful month as well because BF and baby niece are going in for surgery the same day.. one for the nose, the other (the baby) to re-attach her bowel... then a week later my mom goes in.

I'm supposed to be starting a paid admin position at another site, but still waiting on that (he can't afford it yet)....

That's about it......
