I'm feeling really alone tonight. Really vunerable, really raw. I feel like crying but can't seem to. Its late and i'm wide awake. I don't know, whats another night without sleep. I feel really alone in this. I'm tired of fighting. My thoughts are all over the place tonight. I'm already scared about tomorrow. I just can't seem to hold it all together tonight

Hi, Sammi...

I hope you are able to sleep. Insomnia like this makes all of us feel worse.

I have to ask, have you described how you're feeling to your doctor or psychiatrist? I'm asking because the insomnia, racing thoughts and restlessness could be signs of a manic episode typical of bipolar disorder. I really encourage you to call your doctor, preferably a pdoc in the morning.

I hope you manage to get some rest, and I hope things go better for you. We're here for you!

(((Sammi))) I see you're not around at the moment. I hope you've managed to get some peaceful, restful sleep.
