First off to make it horrible I didn't sleep good all night. Woke up at 2 am and didn't fall back asleep. I had to get up at 5:30 for work at 6. My anxiety plus lack of sleep is really beating up on me. I can't seem to relax at work. Feel more jumpy when someone talks to me. I keep telling myself you only have until 2:30 then you can leave. I'm like afraid something bads going to happen to me or I will make a mistake I can't seem to get my anxiety down to where I can convince my body that nothing horrible is going to happen. Just wishing this day was over already plus my depression has been down for the last 3 days just struggling a lot

Take some slow deep breaths to slow your body down. And find one tangible thing to put your attention to. Hope you depression lifts, too. Take care.

sounds like you are really on the edge today. I am sure the lack of sleep is not helpin matters much. try to focus on one thing at a time and be mindful of that one thing. take in everything about it. size, shape, texture, temperature, color. this will bring your focus more into the present and hopefully take it off the anxiety. take care.

It's finally going down which I am happy about but it's just a little there.

Hi there and I hope you are still feeling a little better, it's just horrible to have to work when your stress levels are sooooooooooo high. Put that together with a bad sleep pattern and it's a disaster really. I send you yet more hugs, HUGS and HUGS. Hope you have a good weekend and some quality time off. More HUGS!!! XXXX
Thanks for this!
