Why not vent in a journal? But don't make it all negative--think of a nice thing or two in your life, to keep it balanced. Or spend some time in the arcade (I love chinese checkers)...thaqt will whittle away the hours till you can see T.

One thing I find that has really helped me is just being on PC and reading what people write in these forums. And talking to people here on PC. I can sit here for hours just going from page to page and before I know it many hours have passed and I feel better because I've distracted myself. I hope you feel better very soon.

I agree that being on PC is very helpful. Being with people who are like you makes it all more bearable. You don't feel like you are strange. Plus this is a safe place. I've only encountered kind people here. You are welcome and accepted. We feel your pain and hope you find a way to get better. You probably know all of this since you have been posting so much.
I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for this!

The thing is that our T's aren't the ones that can change our feeling of sadness or not.....that's something that comes from inside of ourselves. T's just give us a fix of someone caring & someone validating our feelings....but they don't really change our feelings of sadness......we can only do that by changing the way we look at life around us......hopefully T's can give us the skills that help us to make those changes

Well, that's what I hope she can do. I can't enjoy life on my own if at all.
