figured that since i always post things that aren't going good in my life that i should post one good thing, and that is just how much music makes me feel better. not just any music, but uplifting orchestral music, the kind you'd hear in a movie trailer, like you're rising up to the challenge that is life. if anybody would like to hear an inspirational uplifting song, please feel free to message me and ill send you one because i have TONS of them. they really truly help me get through the day

Hello robflee23, I'm glad you have something that helps. Music is a great type of therapy for depression or any other mood for that matter.

I've put groups of types of music together on different lists depending on mood (uplifting when I am down sort of thing). It helps because when you use music as therapy, you don't have to go searching for that type of music, there it is.

Thanks for sharing this. Often we forget how beneficial and immediate music can be.

Rock on!

Thanks rob. Music actually helps me too. Even when I'm in a foul mood, it might not help me get out of it but at least listening to other people's words and melancholy melodies and dark beats I don't feel so alone.
