My boyfriend is so happy that he got a used car for his birthday and is driving it accross state from his dads house. Its so hard to see him so happy and im trying to be happy for him but I feel sad and I cant explain why.

Today I went to the Library to find books about derpession with my grandma. I'm so self concious of myself that she had to check them out because i dont want anyone to know. Does that happen to you?

That happens to me all the time! I went to the library and got a bunch of books with titles like 'Is your teen depressed?' and 'Adolescent Bipolar' and made up some excuse (just in case) about my sister going through hard times. Thank goodness the check out lady didn't ask, because I probably would've started crying all over her.

Awww. (((Lost In This World))), its good that you are doing the research, and kind of your grandmother to keep your cover. Maybe you could ask to talk to someone and explain your feelings? You don't have to have a reason to be sad, sometimes it just is. I hope you get to feeling better...

Don't forget you can read the resources online--lots of good stuff here on PC too, in the articles sections.

It was brave of you to go and do this!

Going to the library was a huge step. My grandma suggested it. I agreed only if she would go with me. I want to read things that would help me understand what I am going through. The web does have lots of information I perfer books. Ill probably go back to a Thearpist but waiting for my appointment on sept 3 about my medication to up it.
