Hi. I am a wife and mother of two. I have battled depression most my life(teens+). It gets bad, then good then worse. I have issues that stem from my parents and growing up in an unstable enviorment. I dont wish that for my kids. Lately it feels like my worlds falling apart. I take things/people for granted and I dont see the best in what I do have. I dont know how to change that. I thought maybe simeone had some info on a good book that could help make a person see the best in things. Any advice would be awesome!

Thanks
