ive had a pretty good week and now since about 6 tooday i feel low and down...... i hate this ... ive been taking my meds ...... i dont want to have a bad weekend like last weekend..... here we go again here we go again here we go again

Maybe you should focus on happy thoughts instead of what you are feeling. You do have a choice on what you feel. Try to focus on a memory that will make you laugh, write it down. Then once you have that one out think of another. Just keep going until you are just feeling all happy inside. Try to go for a walk. Do something that you love doing that you know always makes you smile just because you are doing it. There are a lot of ways you can help yourself. It takes patients, practice and focus. I hope that you get feeling better soon! *hugs*

It seems like the depression comes out of nowhere & we have no control, but some of the suggestions seem like they can help decrease the depth of it. It is hard to focus on positive thoughts when your whole outlook is shaded by the gloom of depression. Hang on. It will pass. I need to be telling myself that, too.--Suzy
