I do NOT wish to commit suicide but I sometimes have thoughts of it. I had gone all summer without any serious or intrusive thoughts of suicide but yesterday they started to occur again. Could that be from stress or are there other causes that it may be?

It could be from stress, but it could be from any number of things.

Hi I think about this daily and even more so when I'm stressed and anxious, what's bothering you at the moment?
For me there's always a trigger to make the thoughts even more prominent. Take care J |

School starts soon, I have a crammed schedule, my eating disorder is flaring up terribly, and I have to start applying for scholarships and such.
