I have begun cutting. I had never done this before. It felt good. I felt control.

It's a way of coping but not a very good one. You are better off talking through your feelings. Hugs

I know it feels like your in control when you self harm, but it's just the opposite. SI is a very difficult and destructive path,, and sooner or later you become a prisoner to ITS will and wants and you no longer hold control over yourself. Do you have a counselor or therapist you can talk to about this? Please keep us posted

Therapy isn't happening fast enough. Getting worse not better.
