simsrane, welcome to Psych Central. We have lots of forums, so just take a look around and post when you wish or start your own thread if you wish. I think you will find this to be a very support and helpful place to share you feeling. Personally, I can barely remember what a good day feels like, but PC gives me an outlet for my feelings. Glad you are here.
