My step sister Ciara has turned up, looking her usual mess. Addicted to crack and she turns up at my doorstep, and let me tell you, I've seen rats on the street looking in better shape. She stank and her hair was greasy and uncut, I really did not need to see her. It is sad when a woman who has hurt me and stolen from me turns up, and I only feel obliged to take her in just for the fact that my dad decided to spread his love around.
Sigh, I said I'd give her this weekend here to tidy up, I got her some food and shower gel, hair cut etc but I had not cared for a person in so long that I almost considered letting her stay, but would that make me weak then. This person has had too many chances and I can't forgive her each time she f***s up.
Anyway she ruined my weekend, which was meant to be quiet and peaceful, oh well, I'll see her again maybe. She knows I'll bail her out but that's the worst thing about trouble. Meh.

It's good of you to want to help your sister, but it sounds like she needs rehab more than anything. Is there any way you can get her into a program that can help her get clean? That might make both of you a lot happier in the long run.
