I am looking for a place for support and information. I have been having a very rough time lately with depression and am interested in anything that will help me get through this.

Have you gotten any therapy for your depression or on any medication? I'm going through severe depression myelf and I know it can be touch to go through alone. Hugs and I'm here if you need someone. :
