It seems I've jinxed my Agency. The day after I signed the paper a fire broke out and destroyed the offices. Then 2 staffmembers quit. Another got a fracture and can't work for weeks. Last week my caseworker got injured and is out. Now I have 0 therapy, 0 counseling, only meds. I feel like Im getting another bad spell coming. I can't handle this. I swear this is all true. I AM SERIOUSLY FREAKING OUT. Some one pm me a while back but I did'nt know how to answer.
Don't know what to do. I never wanted this program, did so on advice of P doc because I keep missing appointments, and these people come to my house which is nerve racking me. I feel so sick. I am deciding to quit this mess and take my chances.

That sounds like an awful lot of crappy coincidences. I sincerely do not think you jinxed things. I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time getting help. (Hugs)

It may be weird, but it's not your fault. Slow down, let your thoughts calm down. Your thoughts right now are not telling the truth. The truth is you need to see your doctor and follow his instructions. And get a new T to help you through this bad time.
