Hi everyone! Wondering if anybody has dealt with a relapse? I've Been on 100mg Lamotrigine for the past 5 months after dealing with a four month dee depression. I've felt great! The last week (also, big seasonal change) I've been extra sleepy/tired with a loss of interest in being social. I'm not feeling the crushing deep sadness that I once did. I'm just worried because I cancelled a very important vacation back in April because of this and it's planned again in two weeks. I just don't want to have that happen all over again. I'm very happy with my medication and I'm seeing if anybody would find it beneficial if I went bak to my pdoc and increase my dosage. She did mention this two months ago since I have a propensity have SAD. Thanks! (Any helpful tips on keeping mental clarity as well)?
