I am so sorry that you are struggling so right now, that you are so sad that you are crying. you talk about feeling labeled. perhaps expanding on that in a thread would make you feel better. take care.

I'm sorry you are feeling so distrested. Hope you post more soon. I agree with you, I don't like to be labeled either, however, I'm labeled. We just have to remember that we are not our label. Just like we have a history but we are not our history. We are here today some of us more damaged than others, but we all have a common bond. Hope you like it here.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time I've definitely had my moments where I'm so sad for no apparent reason. Can you pinpoint the source of your sadness?

One of the most helpful skills/concepts I've learned in DBT treatment is "riding the wave" and knowing that overwhelming emotions ebb and flow... you can't cry and be sad forever (although, trust me, I know it can feel like it-- especially in the moment). This is hard for me to do, but just know that relief for your sadness will come, even if just for a short while.

Being labeled may not always be that bad. You can relate and understand others who have been through similar things or feel similar ways. And to be able to relate isn't a bad thing at all. Consider it an experience. We learn new things about ourselves and in the end, can pass on good advice to others feeling the same or similar way. We can't help who we are or what we're labeled, but we can make the best of it.
I hope this helps in any way possible.
